· Four-time Felix (French Canada Grammy) winner as
producer and engineer. Last won in 1992.
· Recipient of
many Double Platinum, Platinum, and Gold Records & CD's for the work with
artists over the years.
· 5 Juno (Canadian Grammy) award nominations
for best audio engineer/producer (latest one in 1996).
· Official
training consultant for Sonic
Solutions (California) in Southeast Asia from 1994-1997.
· Writes
extensively for various audio industry trade magazines in North America and
Southeast Asia, including ProSound News, SoundWorks, Replication News and SPARS
Data Track.
· Initiated and
organized many business and technical conferences in the USA and Canada. Seminar
topics include; Surround Sound applications, CD Mastering, New and Emerging
Technologies and Digital Audio Workstation Shoot-outs.
· Director for
five consecutive years on the executive board of SPARS (Society of Professional Audio
Recording Services) USA, which is
composed of major studio owners and key figures in the audio industry in the
US. Founder of the first Canadian
chapter of SPARS (1992). President of SPARS-QUEBEC, and head of its committee
for multimedia and new media, as well as its committee for emerging digital
technologies for four consecutive years.
· Represented
the Canadian Recording Industry, in 1992, at the official opening of "BOP RECORDING STUDIOS" in South
Africa.
· Represented
the Quebec Recording Industry, in 1987, at the New Music Seminar in New York
City.
